How does shipping work?

Once your order is placed, we carefully pack it and dispatch it within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and pin code.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently ship only within India.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other secure prepaid payment options. We do not offer COD right now.

Can I send an artwork as a gift?

Absolutely! You can choose gift wrapping at checkout for ₹100, and we’ll pack it beautifully with extra care.

Can I return or exchange a product?

As a small studio, we currently don’t accept returns, but if something reaches you damaged, please send us a message with pictures at studio.turtlesteps@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help.

Are your products sustainable?

We aim to create with intention and minimal waste. Our artworks are handmade in small batches, and we use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible. We’re always learning and improving.
