1. General Information

Turtle Steps is a handmade art and design brand based in India. All products are created, packaged, and shipped with utmost care. As our products are often made in limited batches or made-to-order, we request that customers review all product details before making a purchase.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or supply issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on the site are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Delivery times vary based on your location and can take 2–7 working days post-dispatch.

If your order contains multiple items, the shipping date will be based on the product that takes the longest to prepare.

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges apply for orders below ₹1000 and are calculated based on delivery pin code. Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free standard shipping.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Gift Wrapping

A gift wrapping service is available upon request for ₹100 per package.

Kindly select the “Gift Wrap” option during checkout if you wish to avail this service.

6. Returns & Exchanges

As a small business, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is received in a damaged condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [insert email] with images of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will assist you with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, artworks, and designs on this site are the intellectual property of Turtle Steps.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our products, designs, or content is strictly prohibited.

8. Product Information & Variations

  • As our products are handmade, slight variations in texture, color, or size may occur. These are not defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.

  • All dimensions, colors, and materials are described as accurately as possible, but may appear differently based on your screen or monitor settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Turtle Steps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.
