Shipping

All orders are thoughtfully packed and usually take 2–3 working days to be processed and dispatched.
Once dispatched, delivery takes around 2–7 working days, depending on your pin code.

If your order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will follow the item that takes the longest to prepare.

Please note:
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or unforeseen delays due to strikes or regional disruptions.

Shipping Charges

We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000.

Orders below ₹1000 will have a shipping fee based on your delivery pin code.

Gift Wrapping

Sending a gift? We offer a wrapping option for ₹100 per item — beautifully packed with love and care. Just select the gift wrap option at checkout or drop us a note.

Returns & Damaged Items

We’re a small and growing studio, and every order matters deeply to us. At the moment, we do not accept returns, but if your product arrives damaged, please send us an email along with clear images at studio.turtlesteps@gmail.com — and we’ll do our best to make it right.
